We do not engage in ghost property sales, nor do we solicit or accept payments through online platforms. All transactions must follow our verified in-person protocol:

1. Upon inquiry, a verified agent will be assigned to the prospective buyer.
2. The agent in the company of other relevant professionals will accompany the buyer to the physical location of the property for an on-site inspection.
3. The buyer will meet the property owner in person and conduct a direct evaluation of the property.
4. If the buyer expresses interest in proceeding, all relevant documentation will be reviewed and verified.
5. Payment shall only be made at the point of document handover, in the presence of credible witnesses — typically legal practitioners — to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and to protect the interests of all parties involved.
